With over 35 years of experience as a secondary and post-secondary agriculture instructor, James Ulmer III continues his family’s century-old farming legacy in Cameron, South Carolina. As owner of Ulmer Farms, he combines hands-on farming with modern agricultural practices to manage and cultivate 166 acres of land. A certified hemp farmer, James has grown a variety of crops, including trees, livestock, and vegetables. His expertise in land management, crop growth, and equipment maintenance keeps production costs low and farm yields high.
